How to build a blessing bag

put all items in a 1 gallon zip lock bag
chap stick
razor
shaving cream
3 in 1 hair and body wash
kleenex
wet wipes / baby wipes
tooth brush
tooth paste
deodorant
bottle of water
healthy snack
a large clean garbage bag
(for females - feminine products)

You can pack all of these suggestions or mix and match. When you come up to a homeless person - hand them a bag or donate the bags to a local soup kitchen.
